SELVEDGEX offers free shipping across India on prepaid and Partial COD orders.
International orders.
Shipping charges and applicable duties are calculated at checkout where international delivery is available.
Partial COD available.
Select Partial COD at checkout and pay 20% of your order total online. The remaining 80% is collected by our delivery partner upon delivery. Orders are processed once the advance payment is received. Full online payment is also available.
RETURNS
14 days.
Keep it original.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. These conditions also apply to Partial COD orders.
Keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase. Items showing wear, washing, alteration or damage after delivery may not be accepted.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund covers the eligible amount actually paid, including the 20% advance and any remaining balance paid on delivery, subject to this return policy. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. For any amount collected on delivery, our team will coordinate the refund with you. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
How to start a return or exchange.
Email info@selvedgex.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. We’ll confirm whether it’s eligible and share the next steps for sending it back.
Size exchanges.
Size exchanges are available, subject to stock. If your size isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund instead.
Refunds.
Approved refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
